"The owner has family problems and had to quit," Habash said.
Khoury could not be reached for comment.
Stavrulakis is disappointed for his former customers about the closure.
"That place was really good to us," he said.
According to the West Virginia Secretary of State's website, Khoury failed to file his annual report and pay the annual business fee due Oct. 31, 2013.
