BEVERLY, W.Va. -- Union workers at Armstrong World Industries' hardwood plant in Beverly have ratified a new three-year contract.
The company is pleased with the results of the vote, Armstrong spokeswoman Jennifer Johnson told The Inter-Mountain.
The old contract expired at midnight Saturday. Members of Teamsters Local 175 approved the new agreement Sunday.
Armstrong's Beverly plant employs about 750 workers and is the third-largest employer in Randolph County.
