West Virginia Jewish Film Festival held Sunday

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- The West Virginia Jewish Film Festival will be held Sunday at the Capitol Center Theater, 123 Summers St. First, at 3 p.m., is "The Klezmatics: On Holy Ground," a feature documentary on the Grammy Award-winning New York-based klezmer band, The Klezmatics, who have performed in Charleston several times, including on "Mountain Stage" and in a FOOTMAD concert. Next, at 4:45 p.m. is "Circumcise Me: The Comedy of Yisrael Campbell," a 45-minute film about the comedian (pictured), who is the son of an ex-nun and a Catholic schoolteacher and has converted to Judaism not once, but three times (Reform, Conservative and Orthodox).
