CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Clayton Spangler tells "A Tale of Two Cities" with his digital photographic paintings of Charleston, S.C. and W.Va. at The Art Emporium, 823 Quarrier St. There will be an artist reception for the show during today's ArtWalk, which runs from 5 to 8 p.m. at 16 downtown galleries.

Other exhibits include Outer Banks photos at White Oak Photography, 807 Quarrier St.; new works by Traci Higginbotham at House of Luxe, 817 Quarrier St. and a tribute to Phyllis Larrimer at Gallery Eleven, 1025 Quarrier St. There will also be music in the streets and at The Purple Moon seventh anniversary celebration, 906 Quarrier St.
