CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- The Chemical Valley Rollergirls, Charleston's first flat-track roller derby team, continue their 2012 home season with a bout against the Beckley Area Derby Dames starting at 4 p.m. Sunday at the Civic Center.
Advance tickets for this "Burnin' Down the House" match are $10 or $12 at the door. Tickets for ages 2 to 12 are $5, with children under 2 admitted free. Tickets are available at the Civic Center box office, ticketmaster.com or by calling 800-745-3000.
Proceeds from the bout will go to the Kanawha/Charleston Humane Association, and pets will be available for adoption at the match as well.
