The 3 p.m. Sunday concert, at University of Charleston's Riggleman Hall, honors veterans in another way, too: those in full military uniform get in free and those in partial uniform get $10 off the ticket price.
Frampton, an award-winning pianist backed by a full band, is known for a sound based on classical technique while drawing from jazz and rock idioms.
