CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Blues-rock guitar god Joe Bonamassa has been lauded as one of the world's finest guitarists and has collaborated with some peers in that category, including B.B. King and Eric Clapton, while showcasing strong influences from British and Irish guitar heavyweights like Jeff Beck and Rory Gallagher. Classic Rock Magazine said of the much-acclaimed 35-year-old: "They're calling him the future of blues, but they're wrong -- Joe Bonamassa is the present; so fresh and of his time that he almost defines it."

Hear him at the Clay Center in a show starting at 8 p.m. Tuesday. Tickets are $49, $59, $69 and $79. Call 304-561-3570 or visit theclaycenter.org.
