CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- "Finding Faith," a feature-length film that stresses internet safety, will screen at several local churches beginning this weekend.
The film stars television and film actor Erik Estrada, and follows the story of a Virginia teenager who is kidnapped after inadvertently making contact with an Internet stalker, according to State Police spokesman Sgt. Michael Baylous.

State Police were involved in the filming of the project, which ends with the teenager being tracked down at a West Virginia home.
Estrada, best known for his role in the TV series "CHiPs," is a child advocate and a deputy sheriff in Bedford County, Va., where the film is set. Baylous said the film is based on a true story.
Estrada is expected to attend the screenings to talk with parents about keeping their children safe on the Internet.
"Finding Faith" will be shown at 7 p.m. Friday at Chestnut Ridge Church in Morgantown, 5 p.m. Saturday at Mount Vernon Baptist Church in Hurricane, 6 p.m. at South Parkersburg Baptist Church in Parkersburg, March 4 at the Kirby Assembly of God in Hampshire County and March 7 at the Calvary Assembly of God in Beckley.
