MILTON, W.Va. -- Blenko Glass Co. is holding its annual Blenko Warehouse Sale and special events through March 30 at its warehouse and visitors center, 9 Bill Blenko Drive, Milton.

Warehouse hours are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays. Factory overruns and one-of-a-kind pieces are discounted 30 to 70 percent off regular prices. Specials also are offered on Dalle de Verre art glass slabs and Blenko sheet glass.

Theater auditions

MABSCOTT, W.Va. -- Theatre West Virginia is holding auditions for its summer productions from noon to 4 p.m. March 30 at its administrative offices in Mabscott.

TWV is looking for cast members for its historical dramas, "Honey in the Rock" and "Hatfields and McCoys," as well as two musical productions, "The Wizard of Oz" and "Rocket Boys: The Musical."

TWV's season runs June 11 to Aug. 25, with rehearsals beginning in May. Performances take place at Grandview State Park, near Beckley.

Those wishing to audition need to prepare 16 bars (30 seconds) of an up-tempo musical number and 16 bars of a ballad as well as a one-minute contemporary monologue. Prerecorded accompaniment is needed; there will not be an accompanist onsite. A headshot and résumé are also required.

Children ages 8 and up are encouraged to audition.

FestivALL internships

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Students may obtain internships to work with FestivALL, Charleston's arts festival, which will run June 21-30.

Students must be available to work from April or May through the end of June.

High school juniors through college-age students may apply to work in such areas as promotions, dance events, theater events, public art, music events, volunteer coordination and assistant to the executive director.

The deadline is April 1. The internships are unpaid but may be used toward community service credit for high school students.
