'Wind in the Willows' opens in St. Albans

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Join Rat, Mole, Mr. Toad and Badger when The Alban Arts Center brings "Wind in the Willows" to life with shows at 8 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Aug. 30-31 and 2 p.m. Sunday and Sept. 1. The production, adapted by Alan Bennett from Kenneth Grahame's beloved children's tale, is staged in an "audience in the round" setting, with the action taking place on three sides of the audience.

The cast is Kyle Casto as Mole, John Johnson as Badger, Loren Allen as Rat and Daniel Calwell as Mr. Toad as well as Bohdi Allen, Jaxzen Allen, Kaylee Anderson, Faith Bromlett, Ivy Caplinger, Marlette Carter, Lauren Casto, Caden Chapman, BB Clark, Aria Cowder, Anna Felty, Angel Gandee, Wyatt Hanna, Izzy Hewitt, Heather Hicks, Miriam Hill, Ila Ilavezhil, Elijah Kiser, Hailey Lambert, Emma Leary, Libby Londeree, Asa Lyvers, Ashley McCann, livia McCoy, Faith Medley, Ashley Miller, Bri Murphy, Linda O'Neill, Logan Roberts, Emma Robinson, Rubin Shirley, Anna Shuff, Meredith Shuff, Tabatha Slater, Jessica Smith, Jillian Southall, Mackenzie Southall, Fiona Sullivan, Nikki Williams and Ostin Williams.

The theater is located at 65 Olde Main St., St. Albans. Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for seniors and children 12 and under. Reservations are highly encouraged due to limited seating.
