Advertiser

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Kanawha County Public Library is offering the remainders from its annual used book sale on Oct. 13 and 14, during the West Virginia Book Festival, to area nonprofit organizations, free of charge. An agency may use the leftover books from our sale in any manner that benefits the group's mission.

To participate, visit the library's website at www.kanawhalibrary.org to download a reply form by Aug. 15. Return the completed form to the library. Those applying must provide a copy of the organization's 501(c)3 or other proof of nonprofit status.

Participants must also agree to arrive at the Charleston Civic Center South Hall by 4 p.m. on Oct. 14 and have their work completed by 5 p.m. They must provide their own labor to pack and load the books into vehicles.

For information, call Sandy Frercks at 304-343-4646, ext. 242.
