CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- From noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, teen star Bella Thorne will participate in a free meet-and-greet at Charleston Town Center.

The 14-year-old actress/model/singer is better known as Cece on the Disney Channel show "Shake It Up!" The show centers on Thorne and the singular-named Zendaya as best friends Cece and Rocky, two Chicago teens who dance on a popular local show that's a sort of contemporary "American Bandstand."

Saturday's event takes place in Center Court and also features a performance by local teen dance group, the U-crew.

The first 300 people in line receive a free photo for Bella to autograph. She also will sign items brought by fans. However, she will only sign one photo or item per person.

The event ends promptly at 3 p.m., and the line will close before that to ensure Thorne's prompt departure. Fans who join the line after it officially closes will not be permitted to meet Thorne.

Cellphones and cameras are not permitted once people enter Center Court. Photos are only allowed to be taken while standing outside of Center Court or from within a secured viewing area in Center Court. No photos of fans posing with Thorne are permitted.

People who wish to see Thorne but don't want to participate in the meet-and-greet can stand in the secured viewing area while space is available. The section will be cordoned off when full, and as some guests leave, more will be able to enter.
