Grace Byers, George Washington High School The capital city is transformed into old Charleston as festival goers take a carriage ride on Capitol Street. Carriage rides are available again Saturday, June 23, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the corner of Capitol and Quarrier streets for $5.

CHARLESTON, W.Va -- On June 16, the FestivALL Art Parade took place on Capitol Street. Spectators lined up to see various artists, musicians, community organizations, civic groups and other creative types walk, bike, skate and drive the route, which ran from Kanawha Boulevard to Capitol Market.
