CHARLESTON, W.Va -- On June 16, the FestivALL Art Parade took place on Capitol Street. Spectators lined up to see various artists, musicians, community organizations, civic groups and other creative types walk, bike, skate and drive the route, which ran from Kanawha Boulevard to Capitol Market.

Many costumed figures turned out for the Art Parade, but none had a better view than this stilt walker, who marches ahead of models from Dr. Sketchy's Anti-Art School.
