Crumpled pieces scattered the dirt
The crime scene was soon set on alert
This woman saw clearly the accident
With tears in her eyes, she pointed out the dents
She said the truck had a blind spot
The car spun its wheels as it fought
She said this was her hometown
This was where she had her ups and downs
She said this was where she was born
Where she played and watched her brother form
She said this was where she cried
When there was a car accident and her brother died
She said when she grows old and smells death
This is where she will take her last breath

He was just a faded memory, about two years
An accident that triggered fears
Someone she could never get back without a fight
She cannot remember anything that night
It happen so fast
To see the wreck they call a crash
She was there to see it all
To even see her loved ones fall
A semi-truck had crashed in the car
He tried to drive clearly but he didn't get that far
Crumpled pieces scattered the dirt
The crime scene was soon set on alert
This woman saw clearly the accident
With tears in her eyes, she pointed out the dents
She said the truck had a blind spot
The car spun its wheels as it fought
She said this was her hometown
This was where she had her ups and downs
She said this was where she was born
Where she played and watched her brother form
She said this was where she cried
When there was a car accident and her brother died
She said when she grows old and smells death
This is where she will take her last breath
