The Capital High School choral group Voices in Perfection provided some entertainment at the 2010 Governor's Arts Awards ceremony Monday night at the state Culture Center. Among the winners were: Jeanne Mozier, Distinguished Service to the Arts; Zachary Orcutt, Artist of the Year; the Appalachian Education Initiative and the West Virginia Dance Company, Arts in Education; the Oglebay Institute and the Old Brice Playhouse, Leadership in the Arts; and Lynn Boggess, Lifetime Achievement Award.
