FestivALL art fair early deadline

Jay & Silent Bob film

At 9:30 p.m. Feb. 2., Cinemark Huntington Mall will broadcast the three-hour special event "Kevin Smith: Live from Behind." It begins with Smith and Jason Mewes hosting their podcast, "Jay and Silent Bob Get Old." Smith will then take questions during a live, fan-generated Q&A with theater audiences across the country.

Stage Co. announces cast

The Charleston Stage Company has announced the cast for "A Piece of My Heart," to be performed Feb. 23-25 and March 1-3. Frieda Forsley will direct the Vietnam War drama, which will star Debbie Haught, Emily Alice Dunn, Casi Null, Andrea Parkins, Patty Rosebourgh, Terry Terpening and Richard Cohen. Bluegrass competition

The 26th annual Bill Morris Bluegrass Band Competition will be held at Milton's Mountaineer Opry House on Feb. 11. Entries are still being accepted. The fee is $25. Call Larry or Mary Stephens, at 304-743-5749.
