Cathy Grant & Fiddlers Galore! closes out the free Colesmouth summer concert series at 8 p.m. Saturday at the St. Albans City Park amphitheater.

The group, which is constantly growing and changing, is comprised of award-winning fiddlers from the Kanawha Valley. Among Saturday's fiddlers are teen Vandalia Gathering champs Jerrica Hilbert, Jarred Carter and Riley Sisco.

WVU arts series ticket sales

Single event tickets for WVU's University Arts Series go on sale at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Ticket prices vary by event. Performance highlights include touring productions of the Broadway musicals "American Idiot" on Sept. 7 and "The Addams Family" on June 16 as well as the Blue Man Group (Oct. 5-6), Jackson Browne (Oct. 15) and Don McLean (June 8). 'Battered but not Broken'

Tickets are on sale for "Battered but not Broken," an original stage production by Charleston's Cynthia Wilson. The show, which deals with domestic violence, will be performed at 8 p.m. Aug. 24 and 3 and 8 p.m. Aug. 25 at the Civic Center Little Theater. Staged by Atlanta theater playwright/director/producer Shelly Garrett, it goes on a national tour beginning in September.

'Phineas and Ferb' live

"Disney's Phineas and Ferb: The Best Live Tour Ever!" has added a second production to its Charleston tour stop on Aug. 26. Performances are 1 and 4 p.m. at the Municipal Auditorium.

'Cirque du Soleil: Dralion' tickets

The Charleston Civic Center is offering family four packs for "Cirque du Soleil: Dralion," which will be in Charleston for seven performances Sept. 12-16. Good for two adults and two children ages 2-12, the packages save up to $20 per ticket. They are available for all but the two Saturday shows.

"Dralion" fuses the ancient Chinese circus tradition with Cirque du Soleil's avant-garde performance approach. In it, the four elements (fire, water, earth and air) come to life in a colorful blend of East and West, Man and Nature.
