Nitro theater starts kids' summer movie series Tuesday

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Great Escape Nitro kicks off its free kids' summer movie series with the colorful animated adventure "Rio" at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday and Wednesday at the theater, 12 JW Dr. (behind Wal-Mart).

"Rio," rated G, is the tale of Blu (voiced by Jesse Eisenberg) and Jewel (Anne Hathaway), the last two blue macaws in the world, who are brought together in Brazil to save their species. They end up captured by smugglers and must escape with the help of friends (voiced by George Lopez, Tracy Morgan, Jamie Foxx and will.i.am).
