'Jaws' opens Park Place Flashback Film Series

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- You may not wish to go back into the water after watching the first film in the new season of the Flashback Film Series at Park Place Stadium Cinemas, 600 Washington St. E.

Brody (Roy Scheider), Quint (Robert Shaw) and Hooper (Richard Dreyfuss) are back on the big screen to battle the massive, human-hungry great white shark with screenings of "Jaws" at 4 p.m. Sunday and 4 and 7 p.m. Monday. One of Steven Spielberg's early massive hits, the film won three Oscars (including for composer John Williams' instantly-recognizable theme) as well as legions of fans.
