CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- On June 20, FestivALL celebrates West Virginia Day with the 8 p.m. Mayor's Concert at the Clay Center, featuring Landau Eugene Murphy Jr. The crooner, who will mark the one-year anniversary of his "America's Got Talent" win this fall, will be backed by his big band.
