CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- The second FestivALL edition of the free Live on the Levee series will bring a host of musicians and styles to Haddad Riverfront Park.

The music begins at 6:30 p.m. Friday with the Western swing and vintage country sounds of singer/songwriter John Lilly, along with flatpick guitar champ Robert Shafer and his compadres in the Pour House Band. At 7:45 p.m., The Sweetback Sisters take the stage for a serving of hopped-up honky tonk and old-time country music. The band is based in Brooklyn but features West Virginia's own Jesse Milnes on fiddle.
