CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- "Radio Free Charleston" marks six years as a web show with an episode currently online at the PopCult blog at thegazz.com. It features music from Red Audio, Tofujitsu and Mother Blues, plus animation by Frank Panucci.

Summersville's Red Audio, recorded at the Smoke on the Water Chili Cook-Off in June, appears in a music video for its quirky, New Wave, sci-fi tune "Girl From Outer Space." Then, following in the spirit of that Devo-like song is "The Making of Fudge," the latest in Frank Panucci's series of CGI ruminations on Devo Energy Domes.

Longtime "RFC" friends Tofujitsu appear in a music video for their song "Darjeeling," directed by Eamon Hardiman ("Porkchop," "Zombie Babies"), and the show closes with Mother Blues covering Prince's "Purple Rain" at Live on the Levee.

Host segments were shot at Dutch Streetwear in South Charleston.
