CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- The free Live on the Levee series at Haddad Riverfront Park continues at 7 p.m. Friday with 600LBS of Sin and opening act Fletcher's Grove. The headliners, featuring the band's new singer/fiddler Libby Eddy, play a ferocious mix of honky tonk, reggae, Southern rock, bluegrass, folk and blues, veering off into intense improvised jams.
The Morgantown-based jam-rockers Fletcher's Grove will open the show and get things jamming. Following the show, join both bands at The Sound Factory for an after party. Cover is $5.
Now in its ninth year, Live on the Levee continues through August. For more details and a complete schedule, visit www.liveontheleveecharleston.com.
