Charleston native returns with Rich Karg on Friday

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Rich Karg and Friends will play at the Boulevard Tavern, 806 Kanawha Blvd., beginning at 9 p.m. Friday. The group is made up of four singer-songwriters from Nashville: Karg, Eli Rhodes, Seth Talley and Charleston native Christian Rada.

"I love to move people with music, and country songs are the most sophisticated songs out there," says Karg, who has appeared on Garrison Keillor's "A Prairie Home Companion" and CMT's music competition "Can You Duet?" as well as opened for such acts as LeAnn Womack and They Might Be Giants.
