CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Kanawha County Public Library and Charleston Stage Company have teamed up to produce several free programs linked to the Stage Company's production of "Picasso at the Lapin Agile" on May 10-12 and May 17-19. The comedic play, by multi-hyphenate entertainer Steve Martin, explores the value of genius and talent in a debate between Albert Einstein and Pablo Picasso.

This week features two activities: an improv workshop with Joe Wallace, one of the founding members of the No Pants Players comedy troupe, at 2 p.m. Saturday and a sneak peek of the show at 6 p.m. Monday (where tickets to the play will be raffled). Both are free and at the downtown library, 123 Capitol St. Call 304-343-4646.
