Huntington blues festival

The third annual Diamond Teeth Mary Blues and Arts Festival, honoring the late blues musician from Huntington, runs from 5 to 10 p.m. Friday and from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday at Huntington's Heritage Station.

Friday evening musical acts are Big Rock and the Candy Mountain Boys, 6 p.m.; C&S Railroad, 7 p.m.; Jill West and Blues Attack, 8 p.m.; and Ray Fuller and the Blues Rockers, 9 p.m.

Saturday's acts are Mother Blues, 6:15 p.m.; Geneva Red's Original Delta Fireballs, 7:45 p.m.; Liz Pennock and Dr. Blues, 9 p.m.; and a closing jam honoring Mary.

Also on Saturday, the gazebo stage has harmonica workshops at 11 a.m. (with award-winning player Phil Wiggins) and noon (Geneva Red), followed by the West Virginia State Harmonica Championship at 1:45 p.m. The The Lacividicous Deacons perform at 3:45 p.m. and Izzy and Chris at 5 p.m.

No Pants Players

The No Pants Players wills stage an adults-only improv comedy show at 8:30 p.m. Saturday at the Charleston Moose Lodge, 2805 Kanawha Blvd. E. Tickets are $12, or $14 for admission and a drink. Call 877-467-7689 or visit www.nopantsplayers.com.

'90s rock show

The Blue Parrot, 14 1/2 Capitol St., hosts a throwback rock show at 10 p.m. Saturday. It features '90s rock from Sonic Threshold and Weezer tunes from tribute band Three Chord Me. Cover is $5. Call 304-342-2583.
