Choir festival

The sixth annual Charleston Choir Festival begins at 3 p.m. Sunday at St. Mark's United Methodist Church, 900 Washington St. E. Participating choirs sing two selections representing their church's denomination.

Participants are Canaan United Methodist Church, Charleston Baptist Temple, Emmanuel Baptist Church, First Presbyterian Church, St. George Greek Orthodox Church, St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, St. Timothy Lutheran Church and St. Mark's United Methodist Church.

Morgantown 'Mountain Stage'

"Mountain Stage" is at the WVU Creative Arts Center in Morgantown this Sunday. The 7 p.m. show features Mike Doughty, Charlie Mars, The Iguanas, Jeffrey Foucault and A City On A Lake. Tickets are $18 in advance or $23 the day of the show. Call 800-745-3000 or visit www.ticketmaster.com.

Ron White tickets

Parkersburg choral concert

The Parkersburg Choral Society presents its free fall concert at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at First United Methodist Church, 1001 Juliana St. The program includes Bach's "Jesu, meine Freude" and Ola Gjeilo's "Sunrise Mass" with string and organ accompaniment. 'To Kill a Mockingbird'

In celebration of the film's 50th anniversary, special screenings of "To Kill a Mockingbird" will be held at 2 and 7 p.m. Nov. 15 at Great Escape Nitro and Cinemark Huntington Mall. The event includes behind-the-scenes stories about filming and archival interview with key people from the production.

Tickets at Nitro are $12.50 for adults and $9.50 for seniors and children. At Huntington, they are $11.50 for adults, $10.50 for seniors and $9.50 for children. Call 304-769-0405 (Nitro) or 304-733-3984 (Huntington).

'Twilight' marathons

"The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn -- Part 2" opens at 10 p.m. Nov. 15. Prior to the movie, which is the final in the franchise, all area theaters are holding marathons of the entire series starting at 12:30 p.m. (noon at Park Place Cinemas). Tickets also are available to see just "Breaking Dawn -- Part 1" before "Part 2." All theaters have different prices and purchase requirements. Call or visit their websites.
