CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- The Nelson Illusions "More Than Magic Tour" is not your average touring magic show. The all-ages show features large-scale illusions and impressive effects like a girl who risks death on the point of a giant industrial "drill of death," as well as one of the bigger dove acts in the world.

The tour comes to the West Virginia State University Fine Arts Theatre in the Davis Fine Arts Building with shows at 7:30 p.m. Friday and 11:30 a.m. (free for youth) and 7:30 p.m. Saturday. The Saturday evening features a special "dark" dance by the local JADCO Dance Company.

"It wasn't just a magic show, it was THEATER and the audience was wild about it," said one review.

General admission tickets are $15 at the door. For more information, call 304-766-3188. For more on the troupe, visit www.nelsonillusions.com.
