The event features photographs by Mark Wolfe of area residents' tattoos, a henna tattoo artist offering $10 henna tattoos, an exhibit of Valentines-themed acrylic fish by Nic Botkin, belly dance performances by Snake and the Pot, tattoo stories and more.
