CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Scottie is a friendly and outgoing 16-year-old who likes to stay active. When he's not playing his favorite sports of football and basketball, Scottie likes bass fishing and would like to go duck hunting one day. His quieter pastimes find him enjoying school, attending church and helping others.

He would enjoy having a pet, especially a dog, and living in the city where he could participate in many activities and be close to his favorite foods: pizza, fried chicken and Hardees. Scottie needs a family who is willing to spend a lot of time with him and help him achieve his full potential.
