1/2 pound lean ground beef
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 cup medium picante sauce
Whole-wheat or multigrain hamburger buns
Sloppy Joe toppings: slaw, onion, pickles, sliced tomatoes, etc.
BROWN beef with onion; drain.
ADD picante sauce; simmer uncovered 8 to 10 minutes; serve on buns with desired toppings.
