Stonewall Taste of Spring
WESTON, W.Va. -- Stonewall Resort will offer outdoor adventure and special menus featuring local culinary delicacies during the Taste of Spring weekend, April 20-22.
Steve Ludwig, director of sales and marketing, event will include culinary demonstrations and special restaurant offerings featuring the ramp.
Menus may feature such dishes as cider-braised ramp and potato salad, potato gratin with gruyere cheese and roasted ramps, asparagus and ramp chowder and grilled pork cutlets with ramps and caramelized apples.
A spring herb and tomato planting seminar will be offered April 21.
The Taste of Spring event package includes overnight lodge accommodations and breakfast in Stillwaters Restaurant the following morning for $109 per night.

New York Titanic exhibit
NEW YORK -- A New York City exhibition on the Titanic will feature artifacts and also will examine the doomed ocean liner's place in popular culture.
It opens at the South Street Seaport Museum on Tuesday.
