CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- This young man is Charles. He is an adorable 10-year-old boy who has a great smile and an infectious laugh. Charles has quite the imagination and can be really silly.

He enjoys playing baseball and basketball. He also likes to play his Nintendo and Bakugan games. He likes the "Harry Potter" movies and the TV series "Goosebumps."
