Holiday Open House
CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- The Bridge Road Neighborhood Association is hosting a Holiday Open House Friday through Sunday at the Bridge Road shops and restaurants. Events include food tastings, trunk shows, art shows and decorating and holiday gift ideas. Visit www.bridgeroad.org.
Tamarack Thanksgiving
Tamarack is offering Thanksgiving dinners to go for pick up between 11 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Nov. 22 at Tamarack. Dinner for 10, including turkey, sides and two pies costs $210.

Host a drive
Manna Meal is looking for individuals, organizations and corporations to host food drives. Items needed include, canned meats, fruits with flip top lids and warm clothing such as gloves, wool socks, hats, jeans sized 28-38.
Drop off items between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m. any day in the alley behind St. John's Episcopal Church, 1105 Quarrier St.
