Ryanne Michael of Petersburg met Justin Bieber before his concert in Pittsburgh on Tuesday. In May, the Petersburg High School graduate took a cardboard cutout of the pop superstar to her senior prom after her date couldn't go because of a track meet.

For the concert, Michael's grandmother made her a custom skirt using Justin Bieber duct tape.

The duct tape features four images of Bieber as well as his favorite color, purple.
