Blennerhassett museum opens bathroom exhibit

PARKERSBURG, W.Va. -- Bathrooms are the subject of a new exhibit at the Blennerhassett Island Historical State Park museum.

The exhibit featuring bathroom artifacts dating to the 18th century will be on display all year at the Ohio River island near Parkersburg.

West Virginia State Park historian Ray Swick will give lectures on the history of bathrooms on April 20 and July 20 at the museum.

Admission to the museum is $4 for adults and $2 for children ages 3 to 12.
