CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- After what seemed an eternal, bone-bracing winter, spring finally sprung! The recent dawning of warm weather had fashionable Charlestonians out in full force displaying the full panoply of this year's trends.
It's time to tuck away those turtleneck sweaters and woolen pants. If anything says summer is right around the corner, it's the spring dress. What's great about the new spring fashion is its diversity. From '50s-inspired silhouettes to florals and bright, beachy colors, there's something for everyone this year.
