By Staff reports

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- This season's "Dancing with the Stars" will take place June 16 at 5 p.m. at Charleston Embassy Suites.

Presented by the West Virginia Symphony League, the dance competition pairs teams of amateur "stars" with dance professionals. Ten local business and community leaders are matched with 10 of the Kanawha Valley's leading dance instructors.

Tickets for the event are $100 (table rates are available). Tickets can be purchased by calling Kortney Major at 304-561-3514 or online by visiting www.wvsymphony.org.
