1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon orange juice
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup coconut
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup drained and quartered red maraschino cherries
1/4 cup drained and quartered green candied cherries
1/4 cup diced fresh, canned, dried or candied pineapple
1/4 to 1/2 cup pecan halves
1/4 to 1/2 cup walnut halves and pieces
CREAM butter and sugars; beat in egg, vanilla, lemon and orange juices; stir in flour, soda and salt.
MIX in all remaining ingredients; drop by cookie scoop or tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.
BAKE at 350 degrees 10 to 12 minutes; cool on rack.
