Healthy Bites: You can get anything you want at Allan's restaurant

Makes 6 to 8 servings.

     1/4  cup Kraft Zesty Italian dressing

     1    3-ounce package chicken flavor ramen noodles (see note)

     3/4     teaspoon seasoning from packet in noodles

     1    12-ounce package broccoli slaw

     1/4  cup sunflower seeds

     1/4  cup sliced almonds, toasted

Note: The recipe asks you to break up the uncooked noodles into the salad. Another recipe I have that I like instructs you to cook the noodles and then add them to the salad softened. However, I elected to make this salad without the noodles. It was just a personal call -- I didn't have to count those pasta carbs.

WHISK in a bowl dressing and seasoning from noodles (may reserve noodles for another use or break up into salad).

STIR in slaw, tossing to coat.

COVER and refrigerate until serving time. At serving time, stir salad; top with seeds and almonds and serve right away.
