2 tablespoons Smart Balance buttery spread or favorite butter choice
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon salt
COOK carrots in water to cover until tender, about 20 minutes; drain.
COMBINE remaining ingredients in small microwave-safe bowl as carrots cook; microwave honey mixture until butter is melted, whisking to blend.
POUR mixture over hot, drained carrots, stirring to coat; serve warm.
