Firefighters battle blaze near Hurricane

Firefighters battled a house fire at Rustic Highlands near Hurricane Monday night.
Firefighters from Hurricane, Teays Valley and Winfield fire departments responded to a fully engulfed house fire off North Poplar Fork Road, according to a Putnam County dispatcher.
Two other fire departments were on standby, he said.
The dispatcher said there were no reported injuries, as everyone made it outside the home.
Emergency officials were informed of the fire at 10:48 p.m., he said.
