At least one dead in Fayette wreck

MAHAN, W.Va. - At least one person has died after a car hit a power pole in this unincorporated community just inside the Fayette County line.
Emergency workers were still at the scene late Saturday, but it appeared that at least one person was ejected from the vehicle, one was entrapped in the vehicle and one ended up in Paint Creek.
The car was traveling south on Paint Creek Road at the time of the accident. This is an area near the West Virginia Turnpike.
Emergency responders were unable to provide additional information Saturday night.
