Male body found in Guyandotte River

HUNTINGTON - Cabell County sheriff's deputies worked to recover the body of an adult male from the Guyandotte River near Huntington Friday afternoon, according to a Cabell emergency dispatcher.
Someone saw the man's body in the river near Altizer Avenue at about 3:30 p.m., when emergency workers were notified, the dispatcher said.
"They have not identified the body yet," she said.
