PRINCETON, W.Va. -- A woman who admitted having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old boy she supervised at church will spend 30 days in jail.
Mindy Keesecker, formerly of Princeton, also must register as a sex offender for 10 years.
Mercer Circuit Judge David Knight sentenced Keesecker, 37, on Tuesday to two one- to five-year sentences. Mercer County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Scott Ash said Knight suspended all but 30 days, after which Keesecker will spend five years on probation.
Keesecker had pleaded guilty in November to two counts of first-degree sexual abuse. She admitted to having a sexual relationship with the teen in 2005.
