West Side Taco Bell robbed

CHARLESTON, W.Va. - An employee at Taco Bell on the West Side was robbed inside the store Saturday morning, emergency dispatchers said.
The incident happened shortly before 10 a.m., a Metro 911 dispatcher said.
The robber told the employee at the Patrick Street store they had a gun, but the victim did not see any weapon, the dispatcher said.
Several people witnessed the robbery, the dispatcher said. One tried to follow the suspect, but the person escaped.
