Armstrong PSD issues boil water advisory in Fayette County

The Armstrong Public Service District customers living in the Upper Powellton and Elkridge areas are advised to boil their water for at least one full minute prior to use until further notice.
The advisory was issued because of a repair being made on the water main line.
