Amen, West Virginian. 40 years for growing relatively harmless plants in his own home. This punishment shreds the fabric of society much more than the existence and enjoyment of cannabis. For shame. How can these government attorneys hold their head up with this kind of draconian penalty. Unbelievable. Some day history will look back on this kind of "justice" and see it for what it really is: unjust.

All of these people face more prison time then a person convicted of bank robbery, child molestation, murder, and other violent crimes.
