Kanawha Trail Club will meet at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at St. Albans City Park. Carpool from Ohio and Randolph streets. Park in the head-in spaces at the sharp left turn just up from the park entrance. The hike is 1 1/2 to 4 1/2 miles on three loop trails. Each loop returns to central park area providing three hike options. Leader is Gina Griffith.
The South Charleston Public Library Board will meet at 5:30 p.m. Monday at the library, 312 Fourth Ave., South Charleston. The agenda is available at the library and the public is welcome.
Preceptor Alpha Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi International Sorority will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday for its Beginning Day for members and guests at the China Buffet.
South Charleston Chamber of Commerce will have its next Business After Hours from 5 to 7 p.m. at No Mess Pet Services' new office, 610 1/2 D St., South Charleston. A $600 cash drawing, sponsored by Express Employment Professionals will be held at 6 p.m. Only chamber members are eligible to win the cash drawing and must be present to win. Refreshments will be provided. The cost is $10 for chamber members and $15 for nonmembers. Registration is recommended, but not required. West Virginia's First Celiac Conference will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. July 31 at the Cabell Huntington Hospital Auditorium. Connie Sarros will be the main speaker.
