City of Nitro will kick off Nitro Movie Night at 8 p.m. Saturday in front of the Nitro Pool area. Admission is free. The movies will be "Marmaduke" and "Sherlock Holmes." West Virginia Landlords will meet at 6 p.m. Thursday at Little Creek Park Clubhouse. The dinner/meeting begins at 7 p.m. All landlords are invited. For information, call 304-550-4214.
Kanawha County Parks and Recreation Commission's Finance/Golf Committee will meet at noon Friday at the Coonskin Family Center, Coonskin Park.
